Mindful Movement

This is an informal and relaxed class incorporating smooth, gentle movements drawn from Chi Kung, Tai Chi, and Yoga practices. The class is designed for standing practice, but please feel free to attend using a chair for support if needed, and modifications will be given. Prepare to have an enjoyable practice together!

Fridays, 9:15 – 10:15am via Zoom
Ongoing classes, drop-in.

Zoom classes are offered for free so that no one will be denied access, and donations are always welcome. If you would like to contribute, please  contact me via the “Contact All Can Do Yoga” page or Members’ Page (password protected) to make a contribution that you are comfortable with, if you are able and willing.

With Zoom, you can participate in the comfort and privacy of your own home, and can even stay in your jammies if you want!

Zoom classes started during the pandemic, and have been going strong since, as we all have been enjoying it, and no one has to drive during inclement weather. Plus, no matter where you are, you can participate, as long as you have internet. Sign in a few minutes early to get settled, and chat if you like!
