All classes are welcoming, generally small, and fun!
Each is a gentle to moderate Kripalu-style Yoga class, meaning that there is always a welcoming, safe environment, modifications to accommodate differing needs as much as possible, opportunity for self-inquiry, and a similar format for each class — although no two classes are the same: Centering, Pranayam (breathing practice), Warm-ups, Asana (postures), Cooling down, Savasana (relaxation), and Meditation (usually brief).

Please bring a mat, a blanket (for your knees and/or relaxation), 2 Yoga blocks (if you have them), and a strap (could be a Yoga strap, bathrobe tie, or men’s necktie). You might also like to have some water, and please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

Feel free to use the contact form on the “Contact All Can Do Yoga” page for further questions.
